Express Soccer Recreational Teams

Save time when by completing and taking this registration form with you to in-person registration!  This registration form is for all players and coaches who are registering for recreational play. The form can be completed online and then printed and brought to one of our in-person registration events at Salinas Park fields.

Note: Players registering for Express Soccer competitive play should not complete this form. There is a separate Player Registration form used for our competitive teams.
